2026 TRAC Golf Tournament Team Registration Form

Oak Knoll Country Club // Saturday, April 11th, 2026 // 8:00am Tee Time
Join us for a fun day of golf, supporting our local teenagers in foster care. Proceeds from this event will go to providing an unforgettable summer camp specifically for these teens, as well as year round mentorship.

Tournament Details: $100 per player 4-person teams / Scramble Format
- 1st place, 2nd place, as well as “Closest to the Hole” and “Longest Drive” Prizes. **Mulligans also available.
- Lunch will be provided. Drinks will be offered along the golf course.
- 50/50 raffle
