TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing below and submitting your application, you are therefore agreeing to the following terms & conditions: I understand that vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. I understand that if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances I will have the opportunity to have my acceptance roll over to the next available date. RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! BOOTH SET-UP: You are responsible for your entire booth setup: No tables, umbrellas, or tents are provided. REFUND POLICY: REFUNDS will NOT be issued for any reason. We will plan for rain or shine but if weather cancels a market last minute, then and only then can you use your booth fee as a credit towards a future event. In the event of a cancellation on the vendor's part after the application is a submitted, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. LIABILITY: SHOP SMALL SOIREE, its owner and its venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the vendor property, injury to, or death of the vendor. SHOP SMALL SOIREE IS NOT responsible for ensuring sales. Meeting sales goals is the sole responsibility of the vendor. The vendor holds themselves accountable for all risks involved, including loss, damage, liability, or injury from any cause. The vendor releases and waives any claims against SHOP SMALL SOIREE, its owners, and its venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements.
