Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Colorado Mountain Winefest. As we reimagine the festival for its 35th anniversary, we are thoughtfully curating a limited selection of artisan and merchandise vendors whose products align with fine wine, craftsmanship, and an elevated guest experience.
This form serves as an expression of interest and the first step in our vendor review process.
Participation in the 2026 Colorado Mountain Winefest is by invitation only.
All submissions will be carefully reviewed by the festival team, and selected vendors will be contacted directly with an invitation to participate.
Please note: The 2026 Colorado Mountain Winefest is not accepting applications from food vendors, food trucks, caterers, or musical acts.
All culinary programming and entertainment for the festival is curated directly by the event team and is not open for submission.

The Colorado Mountain Winefest is debuting a refined, boutique-style format designed to foster meaningful connections and premium experiences.

- Smaller crowds allow for deeper engagement, storytelling, and personalized interactions with guests.

- Gourmet bites from CMU Tech Culinary students, select artisans, and interactive activations elevate the tasting experience.
- Exclusive VIP Enhancements
- Shaded lounges, luxury restrooms, live entertainment, ice carving demonstrations, and other premium amenities.
Every Vendor Booth Includes:
- 10' x 12' space under a tent
- Up to two 8' Tables with standard black linen
- Custom sign with your winery branding
- Two staff passes (additional staff passes will be available for purchase)
Vendor Registration Fees:
Vendor participation fees will be shared with invited vendors at a later date.
