Cookie Product Program Independently Registered Member Agreement

Independently Registered Members (IRMs) participate in the Girl Scout Cookie Program with the guidance of GSSA Council staff. A Council staff member will function as the Girl Scout's Cookie Coordinator – explaining the processes, answering questions, accepting cookie payments, coordinating inventory pickups, and reward delivery. Please complete this agreement so you can begin the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Sale!

My Girl Scout is a currently registered member.My Girl Scout will wear a uniform or other Girl Scout gear, and her Membership Pin so she is easily identifiable as a Girl Scout when selling products.My Girl Scout and I will follow GSSA and GSUSA policies for the cookie program.I will ensure that My Girl Scout always has adult guidance.I will ensure that no orders for cookies will be taken prior to the designated start date of the program on December 8th, 2025.I understand that cookies will not be sold outside the 30 counties included in the GSSA council area.I understand that cookies will be sold for the GSSA posted price of $6 per package and $7 for Toffee-tastic. No discounts or mark-ups are allowed; no fees or surcharges may be charged to customers for any reason.I understand neither my Girl Scout nor I are permitted to post a direct sales link on any public sales sites (such as Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or buy/sell/trade pages) and cookies may not be sold by any retail establishment.I understand that all cookies requested must be paid for in advance either via the Digital Cookie platform or in GSSA shops before cookies will be released.I understand all monetary proceeds belong to the council and are not retained by individual girls.I have read and will adhere to the Internet Safety Pledge and the Digital Cookie Pledge located on our website.I understand all donations received will be turned into Council to be applied to the Hometown Hero's Program.I understand that my IRM will receive membership specific program credits that can be used to purchase membership for herself and, 2parent/guardians based on the following requirements: 100 packages sold = 1 girl membership, 150 packages sold = 1 girl membership and 1 guardian membership, 200 packages sold = 1 girl membership and 2 guardian memberships.
If your girl sells 650+ packages, she will receive her choice of the items below:*

**By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that failure to pay for all received cookies and money will result in my Girl Scout’s earned rewards to be withheld until the amount due has been satisfied. Further, I understand that legal action may be taken by Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama. Should legal action be taken, I am fully liable for all costs incurred, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and collection fees.
