Answer this if you reside in Skyview Estate, or expect to do so in 2026 for more than 3 consecutive months.

This helps us maintain accurate database records and issue the applicable exclusive membership benefits to your household members (e.g., add/keep them in our official SEHOA WhatsApp community groups and our email list)

We will reach out separately to register the details of your household members on settlement of your membership fee.

Vehicle stickers provide easy gate entry and help security identify authorized vehicles.

This new process is also a recommendation from our financial auditor, and will help us to build and maintain a database of our community so we can look at affording 24-hour gate security once the estate developer removes theirs at the gate.

Additional vehicle stickers can be requested via a separate form after you submit this one, and settle your membership fee.

Important Note:
Stickers will only be issued once your 2026 membership registration is paid.

The signage helps to build community identity and assists security personnel & special waste removal vendors to identify the properties of financial members.

Disclaimer: You will still be issued a signage regardless of the outcome of this survey. You can decide not to display the signage at your own risk.

Here's what to expect next to finalize your membership and receive your benefits:

1. Form Review: Your membership and vehicle request details will be reviewed by the SEHOA management for verification and approval.
   
   
2. Receive Invoice: Once approved, an official invoice for your 2026 membership fee will be sent to the Primary & Secondary Contacts email addresses if not already sent.
   
   
3. Payment: Complete your membership by paying the fee as per the invoice by March 1, 2026 to avoid late payment penalty fees.
   
   
4. Entitlements Issued: Upon receipt of your full membership payment and approval, your vehicle sticker(s) & property signage will be prepared and issued, and household members added/invited into the official community WhatsApp groups, and email list.
