  • Tax Deductible Donation

  • As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue, Furballs Cat Rescue receives no government funding and relies entirely on donations from our community to continue saving lives. It costs us $175 per cat before sick or additional vet visits to get them ready for adoption with required veterinary services.

    If your cat(s) is/are accepted into our rescue, we require a surrender donation to help cover the cost of general care, food, vaccinations, spay/neuter (if needed), veterinary treatment and any ongoing medical or behavioral care while your cat(s) waits for a loving forever home. The minimum suggested donation will be determined after we review your application and your cat(s) individual needs.

    Please consider giving as generously as you are able. Every dollar directly supports the care of cats in our rescue and helps us continue providing lifesaving services to cats in need. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all eligible donations are tax-deductible as permitted by law.
