2026 San Francisco Randonneurs
Brevet Registration
Attention: Prior to registering for 2026 events, please confirm that both your Randonneurs USA and your San Francisco Randonneurs memberships are current.
All riders on San Francisco Randonneurs (SFR) brevets must
- Be a current members of Randonneurs USA (RUSA)
- Be a current member of San Francisco Randonneurs.
- Complete and submit a waiver for each event.
SFR Club membership is paid one time per year, and there is an option to pay for multiple years at a time.
If you have just joined both RUSA and SFR for the first time and have never ridden a RUSA sanctioned brevet, please contact rba@sfrandonneurs.org first before you register for any events. SFR would like to make your initial brevet free (excludes team events and > 600km events).
Important note regarding registration and using PayPal
If you have made a payment via Paypal and don't receive email from us within 24-48 hours please send an email to treasurer@sfrandonneurs.org (check your spam or other folder in case that automated message does not go to your inbox).
Registration closes at midnight on the Wednesday before each brevet. If you miss the deadline and you really want to ride, email rba@sfrandonneurs.org to inquire about the possibility of late registration. There may be an extra fee for this, if available.
San Francisco Randonneurs, the Regional Brevet Administrator or the Regional Brevet Administrator's designate reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.
- By registering for any San Francisco Randonneurs event you agree to the RUSA rules for riders.
- Info docs are (typically) sent on the Monday before the event.
- Info Doc #1 will contain a link to the required Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.
- Waivers must be filled out no less than 48 hours before the brevet (typically by Thursday morning for a Saturday brevet)
- A missing waiver may result in being dropped from the roster (RUSA requires signed waivers) without a refund of reg fees.
