Proposal to Host the 2027 Convention

Use this form to apply to host next year's convention.

Important things to consider:

The convention is on the West side in even years (such as 2026) and the East side in odd years (such as 2027).
Any chapter or group of chapters may apply to host the convention.
The chapter(s) applying do not have to be located on the side of the State where the convention will be held.
You are not required to provide a complete description for your convention plan, only enough information so that the members can make an informed decision on how to vote.
You are required to give a presentation of your proposal for five minutes or less at this year's convention.
There will be a question and answer period at the end of your presentation.
Host will be selected by ballot as part of the elections at this year's convention.
