By entering the St. Louis Pride Royalty Pageant I agree that if I should be selected as the Official Pride Royalty Titleholder, I will not use my title and/or the logo of Pride STL for personal bookings whether it is to perform, entertain, emcee, or otherwise appear at any show, contest, benefit, function, parade, or gathering without express approval from Pride STL. Failure to comply with these rules will be cause for immediate forfeiture of the crown, title, and/or all prize money awarded (un-disbursed or disbursed). It is further agreed that in the event that the title and crown are revoked, I clearly understand that I may be required to repay any prize, including the value (determined by Pride STL) of the non-cash prizes received. I clearly understand and acknowledge that the rules and regulations and my commitment to Pride STL, is transferable to the successor and or assigns of Pride STL. If for any reason Pride STL finds the titleholder unfit or unable to complete obligations, the two entities will meet and decide if the first runner up is to assume the title and duties of the titleholder. Ascending is not automatic. Titles will remain the property of the Board of Directors of Pride STL, Inc. and may not be used by any other organization at any time or by any person other than those who have competed and have been recognized with their title by the Pride STL Board. It is understood that Pride STL will remain the owner of such titles until the elected titleholder has served in the title capacity for one year. At that time Pride STL will release the specific title and the year the title held, permanently to the titleholder. I, a contestant in the Pride Royalty Pageant, do hereby hold harmless and waive all rights to any claim or lawsuit against: Pride STL and or its employees, agents, distributors and/or assigns., and its representatives. I also grant the Pride STL the right to videotape, photograph, sound record, film or otherwise use my name, likeness, image or voice in any television program, documentary or other film, or the internet or in any media now known or hereafter known or any advertising or promotion thereof in connection with or relating to the Pageant. I understand I have no right to and shall not receive any monetary payment for any photograph or recording (audio or video) in which I may appear in connection with or relating to the Pageant. I enter all activities during the course of the Pageant at my own risk and expense. I also agree to hold harmless from liability, the owner, employees and affiliates of any official site/location(s) of the Pride Royalty pageant. All titles will be honored for one calendar year. All titles will assist in the execution of Royalty Fundraisers, will participate in the planning of theme, décor, and execution of the following years pageant. I further attest that all of the information submitted as part of the Pride Royalty Contestant Application is true and accurate. By signing below, I further attest that my Stage Name and Given Name are one in the same, for the purpose of acknowledging and agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of the Pride Royalty pageant, now known or hereafter deemed (by Pride STL, its successors and/or assigned) to be policy and procedure of the Pride St. Louis and the Pride Royalty Pageant. While Pride is about celebrations, every contestant must know that winning a title for Pride STL is a commitment. You must commit your time and energy throughout your reign to help with fundraising, social engagement, and with planning and executing the next royalty pageant. *

PHOTO & VIDEO NOTICE – PRIDE ST. LOUIS By attending or participating in a Pride St. Louis event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You authorize Pride St. Louis to use these images and recordings for marketing, promotional, educational, and archival purposes in any medium, including social media, websites, and print materials. You understand that you will not receive compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.
