I declare that I have read, understand and agree to the following:
1. The Department of Primary Industries sets out some obligations that the breeder is required to follow. These obligations are set out in the NSW Animal Welfare Code of Practice for the Breeding of Cats and Dogs.
1(a) Clause 9.1.1.7
If within 3 days of sale, the dog is not acceptable to me for any reason, the breeder will take the dog back (at my expense) and I will be refunded 50% of the purchase price of the dog only.
1(b) Clause 9.1.1, guideline 9.1.2.2
If within 7 days the dog not acceptable due to health reasons, excluding injury or improper care, and the complaint is supported by a veterinary practitioner, we will negotiate in good faith to achieve an equitable outcome.
2. A depost is required to secure a puppy. The deposit is fully refundable should the breeder not be able to supply the puppy for any reason such as ill health or unjury.
3. I provide consent for the breeder to provide my personal information to the NSW Companion Animal Regstry for the purpose of transerring the dog into my name, and will accept the transfer request from the NSW Companian Animal Register or Service NSW within 3 days of receiving notification of the transfer request.
4. If at any time I am unable to properly care for the dog, I will contact the breeder as the first option, as the breeder offers lifetime assisisted rehoming.
5. I have taken the time to visit www.adrahilshowdogs.com to view the Puppy Info Pack.
6. I am bound to act within scope of this declaration and associated documents.
7. Any breach of the Purschase Agreement Acceptance Declaration Form may result in civil action.
