Please note the following:
- Membership is only applicable to individuals who are 12 years old and above as of date of application and is non-refundable.
- All individuals under the age of 18 require Parental Consent. Your parent or guardian must sign off at the end of this form which will be considered as a written consent.
- You can expect to receive either your SSRA Membership ID or confirmation of renewal in about three (3) to five (5) working days.
