Booking Cost

Children: £28/€28pp

Leaders: £12/€12pp

Sibling Discount: Full Price for the first child, £3/€3 discount for each additional child.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The main leader(s) must be at least 21 years
- 1 Leader for every 8 children (or less)
- Minimum 2 leaders per group
- For mixed gender groups there MUST be male and female leaders
- Full payment is required on booking
Once your group has booked in we need
PARENTAL CONSENT & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS for each child:

The group leader, parent & IMYC will all receive a copy once it's completed: Soul Mates 2026 Parental Consent Form - Please send this form out to all parents and encourage them to complete as soon as possible.

We will also need dietary requirements of any over-18 leaders with your group. Please email those to us at: imyc@irishmethodist.org.

The deadline for dietary requirements is Wednesday 25th February. If we receive dietary requirements after this date, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet their requirement needs.

Safeguarding Info
**Please note that ALL LEADERS must have a valid Access NI check in place (processed by MCI within the past 3 years) and have attended Safeguarding Training provided by the Methodist Church in Ireland within the last 3 years.**

For leaders in ROI - as the event is taking place in Northern Ireland, you will need a valid Access NI check in place before the weekend, a Garda Vetting check is not sufficient.

Access NI:

If you or any of your leaders don't have a valid check in place, dated within the last 3 years, please download this application pack. This must be completed & returned to us ASAP for processing. Access NI can have a turnaround time of up to 2 weeks, which can be longer for applicants outside of Northern Ireland. Please submit any Access NI Packs as quickly as possible so that there is ample time for a check being completed before the event.

Safeguarding Training:

If you or any of your leaders have not attended Safeguarding Training provided by the Methodist Church within the last 3 years, you will need to attend a training session.

Transport
You will have noticed that we have moved venue to Trinity Methodist Church this year. We are grateful to Priesthill Methodist and Seymour Street Methodist Churches for offering their facilities as sleeping accommodation, and we are delighted that we will have access to community buses for additional transport. To help us with our planning, please indicate if you will have your own transport over the weekend.*

It is essential that your group is represented at this meeting to avoid missing vital information, ask any questions you may have & so that feel equipped for Soul Mates. Please make sure at least one leader from your group attends.
