What to Expect
You'll arrive dressed and ready for your event 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time on wedding day. I'll help you choose your ceremony site & go over the details. If you'd like to get dressed on site, I recommend choosing the one hour option instead.
Because this package is much, much less than our typical offerings, there is no tour of the venue or walk-through on any day before the wedding. (Don't worry, I'll make sure you feel welcome and know exactly what to do.)
Photography: I can't wait to capture your love story! Your photographer is me, Regina, the owner and original photographer here for 20 years. This is one of the only packages I photograph by choice. I am a Master Photographer with PPA, with a few awards like the Fuji Masterpiece over the years. I include a copyright release to your images, along with a short highlight reel. The reel includes 2-3 second video clips I capture during your photo session.
If you'd like a different photographer this does not hurt my feelings. However, you'll need to choose a different package such as "Twining Hearts" since all the photographers I work with have a one hour minimum and charge $500 per hour.
The Ceremony
It's up to you how long you'd like the ceremony to last for your wedding or vow renewal.
A ceremony with traditional vows takes about five minutes. You'll walk with the officiant to your chosen ceremony site, and proceed with the vows.
The addition of guests, walking down the aisle to music, reading personal vows, and an exit song will add to your ceremony time and reduce the amount of time afterward for photography or exploring the grounds. What's important to you is important to me, so let me know if you prioritize the ceremony or the photo time afterward with this shorter package. (Remember we have packages with longer time if you need it.)
Ceremony time consists of arranging the wedding party (even if it's just the two of you,) directing, playing ceremony music, the vows, and a brief pause of celebration before transitioning to photo time.
