  •

I can't wait to meet you!

Please answer a few questions, and I'll get everything set up for you.

Within 24 hours you'll receive an email with the following:

    •  Invoice for your wedding package (1/2 is due now, the balance within 2 weeks of the wedding date) All payments are nonrefundable, but you may reschedule one time based on availability.

    • Links to courthouse locations & the marriage license pre-application
    • Venue Resource Guide to help you find vendors for hair & makeup, lodging, & a selection of vows
  • For each of the options above, you'll arrive dressed and ready for your event. If you'd like pricing for a custom package that includes more time to use our dressing areas and more traditional wedding events like cake cutting, first dances, etc., text me at 865-368-5569 and I'll be happy to help.

It's up to you how long you'd like the ceremony to last for your wedding or vow renewal.

A ceremony with traditional vows takes about five minutes.  You'll walk with the officiant to your chosen ceremony site, and proceed with the vows.

The addition of guests, walking down the aisle to music, reading personal vows, and an exit song will add to your ceremony time and reduce the amount of time afterward for photography or exploring the grounds.  What's important to you is important to us, so let me know if you prioritize the ceremony or the photo time afterward with this shorter package.  (Remember we have packages with longer time if you need it.)

Ceremony time consists of arranging the wedding party (even if it's just the two of you,) directing, playing ceremony music, the vows, and a brief pause of celebration before transitioning to photo time.

  • Concerning the guest count...

Your Guest Count Sets the Pace

This package over-all has a faster pace than our Intimate Elopement or Everlasting Romance packages, but is a beautiful choice for its simplicity & affordability.

    • Just the two of you with 30 minutes of time... a slower pace with more time for creative images / Ceremony & photos are done at EITHER the main grounds or mountain view
    • Just the two of you with 45 minutes of time... a slower pace with more time for creative photos at BOTH our main grounds AND the mountain view
    • Up to four guests with 30 minutes of time...a faster pace, sharing your photo time with your loved ones / Ceremony & photos are done EITHER at the main grounds or mountain view
    • Up to four guests with 45 minutes of time...a faster pace, sharing your photo time with your loved ones, but may still allow photos at both the main grounds and mountain view (as long as the ceremony & family photos don't take too long)
    • Between 5 and 10 guests with 45 minutes of time... a slower pace with more time for creative photos.  Ceremony and photos are done at EITHER the main grounds or mountain view.

Please be realistic with your guest count, and understand that our venue is like an area attraction where people love to linger and explore (Only it's private and not open to the public)

  • We'll meet on the day of your event at the main venue located at 934 Mill Creek Road, Pigeon Forge

Please arrive no earlier than 30 min and no later than 15 min before your scheduled ceremony time, dressed and ready

If you're getting married at our mountain view site, you'll follow us there from the main venue.  It's only a minute away with its own parking area. ***The mountain view adventure site is restricted to couples with no guests because it requires us to drive you there in our Jeep or Polaris**

There are multiple locations to get married at our main venue including a willow tree, stone arch, wooden arbor, creekside pavilion and a wedding chapel.  If it rains, you can switch to one of our indoor or covered areas unless you were told specifically before booking that it would not be available.

You MUST bring a Tennessee marriage license.  Below are links to help with how and where to obtain one.   After you are married, we will either mail the license back to the TN county clerk you obtained it, or hand deliver to the Sevier County clerk.  Sevier County mails the official certificate to you in a few weeks.  (Please ask other county clerks about their policy)  The certificate is used to change your name with appropriate government agencies.
