Data Download Access Application
Access to downloadable data within HAABase is restricted and subject to approval. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that download access, if granted, will be provided strictly in accordance with the HAABase User Agreement, the Privacy Notice, and the Data Access Policy currently in force. All downloads are logged and may be subject to volume limits, usage monitoring, and audit. Data must not be redistributed, republished, or used outside the scope of the agreed purpose without prior written consent. HAABase reserves the right to refuse, suspend, limit, or revoke download access at its sole discretion where misuse, breach of terms, or risk to system integrity is identified. Download limits are applied per account and may be adjusted at HAABase’s discretion according to role, purpose and risk profile.
