    The National FFA Organization is excited to offer Regional Development Conferences at no cost for anyone interested in engaging as an FFA Alumni member or supporter at the local, state and national levels.

    • On Friday, a networking event will be held from 6-8 p.m. to allow time to informally ask questions, meet other FFA Alumni and Supporters in the region, and explore the local area. 

    • On Saturday, the conference is open to individual members, teachers, community and business leaders and any anyone interested in supporting agricultural education and FFA through time, talents and resources. Interactive sessions will allow time to explore resources, share ideas and ask questions about growing quality FFA Alumni and Supporters chapters and state associations. Lunch will be provided.

    The CM Brewer (Mississippi) FFA Center has 4 cabins, each with 4 rooms. One of which is a handicap designated cabin. Bunk beds and a limited number of double beds are available. Visitors must bring their own bedding and toiletries, including towels & washcloths. There is no charge to stay at the Center.   • ADA Accommodations

    The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) recognizes and requires the National FFA Organization to provide accommodations in order for participation in events conducted by National FFA.  These medical conditions, diagnosed by a recognized medical professional, will impact a students' ability to participate in activities offered during this National FFA event.  These may or may not require someone to assist the participant during the event. 

    At no time will a student participating in a National FFA event be responsible for the care or observation of another student.  If a student requires care or observation, an adult must register to attend with the student at their cost.

    Short-term, temporary conditions such as surgery recovery or injury recovery, i.e. limbs in a cast due to fractures, crutches, etc. are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Participants are responsible for all assistance and equipment necessary to participate in the activities during the National FFA event, including but not limited to personal assistants, wheelchairs, crutches.

    Wheelchairs are NOT provided by conference hotels nor National FFA; however, the participant may bring their own or rent from a local medical supply store in the area. Please contact the conference hotel for options in the local area.

  • Dietary Information

    Regional Development Conference is organized by the National FFA Alumni & Supporters and hosted by Mississippi State FFA Alumni.  For those meal functions organized by the National FFA Alumni & Supporters and Mississippi State FFA Alumni for this event, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the health and safety of participants who have reported food related allergies during the registration process. Due to the location of the event, each participant must assume the responsibility to take the necessary precautions to protect their health in regards to food related allergies and environmental exposures to the associated allergens. National FFA Alumni & Supporters and Mississippi State FFA Alumni is not liable for issues arising from exposure to allergens in public locations.

    If you select an option below for yourself or any of your guests attending, upon arrival at your meal function(s), please notify the banquet staff of the food allergy or dietary restriction.

  • Multi-Media Policy 

    The Mississippi State FFA Alumni and National FFA Alumni & Supporters staff and its designees may capture photos, video and other recordings of participants before, during and after events at the Regional Development Conference. Please be aware that all recorded media may be used by the Mississippi State FFA Alumni and National FFA Organization in future print materials, online materials (including the FFA website and its official social media accounts) signage, slideshows, podcasts, videos and other uses in physical and digital forms. Attendance of Regional Development Conference implies your consent to be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded for these purposes.
