  • To enter we need 4 photos to prove your current weight to judge your progress once the competition has ended.

    1. Take 3 photos (Front, Side, Back) in form-fitting clothes.
    2. Take 1 clear photo of your starting weight on the scale.

    💡 Important Photo Tips for Your Entry

    Show your shape: Wear tight-fitting activewear or swimwear. Baggy shirts make it impossible to judge progress.

    • 3 Angles: We need to see Front, Side, and Back views.
    • Good Lighting: Stand in natural daylight against a plain wall if possible.
    • Don't Forget the Scale: Include a clear photo of your starting weight on the scale.
