Once your have submitted your enquiry form , we will contact you via email to confirm your booking and deposit . Please understand that booking is not complete without us emailing confirmation and a non returnable deposit of 20% has been paid. The full balance is then payable two weeks prior to the date of the event. Refunds will be payable only up until 7 days prior to the event. The leader of the session has appropriate Public Liability Insurance and full PVG disclosure ( available on request). No photographs of any young person will be taken on the day for social media /advertising purposes without written permission of the parent/guardian of each individual guest. Cost of the workshop/party will be £150 for up to 10 guests. Additional guests will be £10. Full numbers must be agreed before booking. The duration of the session will be from 1.5 - 2hours in length. However, we will require access to the party location at least 1 hour prior to this to set up. Time will also be required to clean up at the end. Please note that we do not provide any form of refreshments for guests. Each guest shall receive a party gift bag to include: motivational pen, notepad, wrist band and affirmation card. This is in addition to the keepsake they each create. We will also provide a party back drop with stand to facilitate party photo mementos of the event. Please note we are only , at the moment, able to offer these events within  25 mile radius of Thurso, Caithness. Venues outside this radius but, still in Caithness or Sutherland will encounter a mileage charge of 45p per mile.
