• 2026 Up, Up, and Away: Festival of Flight Vendor Application

    Fill the form below to participate at our Up, Up, and Away: Festival of Flight event. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. Filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot at the event.
  • Deadline: Applications must be received by April 3, 2026

    Event Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026; 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

    Location: Prestwick Elementary, 3101 Stonefield, The Colony, TX 75056 

    Vendor Set-Up: 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

    Vendor Take Down: 7 p.m.

    Vendor Space: $150 *invoices will be sent upon selection

     

    Vendor Requirements/Expectations: 

    • Will have a 10x10 space (your tents cannot exceed the 10x10 space)
    • are required to provide all necessary items (including tent, weights or stakes, tables, chairs, electricity, battery operated lights, etc.) to set up their booth
    • must bring a flight related activity to have at your booth
    • shall not remove/tear down their booth prior to the end of the event, unless otherwise told by event staff
    • must maintain their space in a clean condition and remove all trash before leaving the event
