Returning Families:
Please complete this form in its entirety for ALL children in your family you wish to enroll in the 2026-2027 school year. Children NOT listed on this form will NOT receive priority placement if you elect to sign them up at a later date. You will be assigned a place in the virtual line based on the time this form is submitted.
We must, however, receive the following by 10am on January 22nd after submitting this online form. Electronic payments through Zelle (childrensweekdayprogram@gmail.com) or a check may be submitted. One check for all fees is sufficient.
DEPOSIT FEES REQUIRED:

2. May 2027 tuition deposit(s)
3. A PRINTED completed copy of the student application(s)
4. If applicable, fall extended care deposit(s)
5. Proof of ID(s) (Only required for new siblings)
**No supply fee required at this time. It will be billed with September 2026 & February 2027's tuition installment. **Proof of ID can be a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport.
If you are applying from out of town or overseas, please contact our office at childrensweekdayprogram@gmail.com for an adjusted return date.
You may drop off registration fees and forms in our on-site lockbox anytime, hand it to Stephanie or Teresa, or mail it to: Children's Weekday Program 2666 Military Rd, Arlington, VA 22207
PLEASE DO NOT HAND THESE ITEMS TO YOUR CHILD'S TEACHER.
As a reminder:
DO NOT sign your family up for online registration more than once.
DO NOT sign up a student for only one day of PDO/Preschool.
