Are you a currently registered CWP family or alumni of the program?

New Families:

Please complete this form in its entirety for ALL children in your family you wish to enroll in the 2026-2027 school year. Children NOT listed on this form will NOT receive priority placement if you elect to sign them up at a later date. You will be assigned a place in the virtual line based on the time this form is submitted.

We must, however, receive the following by 2pm on the third (3rd) business day after submitting this online form. Electronic payments through Zelle (childrensweekdayprogram@gmail.com) or a check may be submitted. One check for all fees is sufficient.

DEPOSIT FEES REQUIRED:

1. Registration fee(s)
2. May 2027 tuition deposit(s)
3. A PRINTED completed copy of the student enrollment application(s)
4. If applicable, fall extended care deposit(s)
5. Proof of ID(s) (copy of passport or birth certificate)

**No supply fee required at this time. It will be billed with September 2026 & February 2027's tuition installment.
**Proof of ID can be a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport.

If you are applying from out of town or overseas, please contact our office at childrensweekdayprogram@gmail.com for an adjusted return date.

You may drop off registration fees and forms in our on-site lockbox (located to our preschool entrance door in the church circle drive, has a CWP logo on the black mailbox) anytime, or mail it to: Children's Weekday Program, 2666 Military Road, Arlington, VA 22207

As a reminder:
DO NOT sign your family up for online registration more than once.
DO NOT sign up a student for only one day of PDO/Preschool.
DO make sure your payment amount is correct by referencing the tuition schedule.* Contact childrensweekdayprogram@gmail.com if you need assistance confirming your payment amount.
DO make sure your child meets the age requirement listed here in the program schedule.

Returning Families:

Families interested in CWP Extended Care:

Spaces will be very limited so sign up now to reserve a spot. Extended care is offered only on a semester basis for sign-up (i.e. fall & spring) for both morning and afternoons. You may choose between a Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday-Friday or Monday-Friday schedule. Deposits are required at this time ($50 per extended care program).

Priority will be given in this order:
1. Families selecting extended care (morning and/or afternoon) for EVERYDAY their child is enrolled in classes. Families requesting 5-days of extended care will be further prioitized.
2. Families who sign up for extended care for fall 2026 will receive priority for spring 2027.

If you need guaranteed morning or afternoon coverage for next school year, we encourage you to sign your child up for extended care now. Again spaces will be truly limited.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
I understand by submitting this form I am agreeing to the procedure outlined above and understand I WILL lose my place in the virtual line should I not submit full payment and all the required paperwork for each child by the deadline.
I understand ALL fees submitted at the time of registration are completely NON-REFUNDABLE unless we are unable to place your child in their first-choice schedule. Withdrawal from a registered class for ANY REASON will result in a complete loss of these fees.
I understand If I DO NOT hear from CWP within 7 days of submitting my application packet, my student's PREFERRED SCHEDULE is CONFIRMED. **Again, if you do not receive your 1st choice schedule and wish to receive a refund, we will return all fees paid.
