Thank you for your interest in Hermitage Richmond's Pop-Up Artisan Market! Each spring, Hermitage Richmond opens their campus for a community event, with hopes of supporting local business and fostering connections across generations.
This is a 2-day market held indoors in our large social hall on Friday April 10th and Saturday April 11th, from 10 AM to 4 PM. The market is open to the public as well as our residents and team members.
You do not need to be present during market hours. You will need to set up your items the day before the event, April 9th, anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM, and pick up any leftover items the following Monday, April 13th, anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM. Please provide us with an inventory list of all items when you arrive to set up your display on April 9th. We accept family-appropriate handmade items, original and created by you. Eligible products include art, crafts, food items, plants, flowers, skincare products, etc. We do not accept manufactured goods or items for resale at this event.
Each artisan will have approximately 4' table space. You are responsible for bringing any items (shelves, stands, desired table coverings, etc.) needed for your display. We will provide the tables and black table cloths. Feel free to include some additional items for restock; extra items will be kept safely under your display table, covered by a floor-length table cloth.
Event staff will be present at all times during market hours to assist shoppers and ensure the safety of your products. The event space will be locked and secured overnight once the market is closed.
To cover some of the event cost, we will take 20% of your total sales. Your items will be methodically inventoried and logged as sold. In the very unlikely event that an item is damaged or stolen, Hermitage Richmond is not responsible for such damages or losses. Expect to receive payment via check two weeks after the event.
