This form is used to collect information about you for the purpose of running Cally Rally. We collect this information so that we can ensure you are registered for the camp but ultimately for your safety. Some of the information collected may be sensitive, we collect this so that we can offer you any additional support that may be required to keep you safe whilst at camp. At Cally Rally we work with selected third parties, these may be medical professionals or external activity providers and we may if necessary share your details with them. These third parties are used on the basis that they align with our data privacy policies and you can view them. Cally Rally take your personal data privacy seriously. The data you provide us is stored securely and will be stored until the data is no longer required or relevant, after this time it will be destroyed securely. Before starting this form - please make sure you have ready the name and email address of your DISTRICT LEAD VOLUNTEER (or GirlGuiding County Commissioner). If you are unsure who this is, please ask in your local district.

This year we are opening the camp at 2pm on the Friday, groups, volunteers and young people can arrive from 2pm onward.

You will not be able to attend camp if you do not hold a valid PVG and have not completed your mandatory learning.

As per guidelines, we are required to seek permission from your relevant District Lead Volunteer to allow you to attend the Cally Rally camp. It is important that the District Lead Volunteer Email Address is correct, as this will ensure there is no delay in processing your form. Your District Lead Volunteer will be required to confirm that you hold the permits/qualifications that you have stated in section F. To aid us with a timely response please make your District Lead Volunteer aware that they will receive an email from ourselves, on occasion this may go into the spam/junk folder. Once your DLead Volunteer has provided permission you will receive a email confirming this - it is your responsibility to ensure your Lead Volunteer has completed the permission form.

Please note that this payment is for the camp fee only. Your group/unit may charge an additional fee for travel - please consult with your group/unit leader if you have any queries about this.

In the unlikely event that the organising committee deem it necessary to cancel the camp, the camp fee will be fully refunded. Please note that the Cally Rally organising committee will not be liable for any travel, incidentals and other costs that may have been incurred.
