  • 2026 Summer Formation Requirements

    Weekly Sunday Mass / 2 weeks of formal formation for the kids in June / Monthly participation at the parish / Parent Attendance at 2 Domestic Church Talks
  • Non-Parishioner Announcement:

    Due to the demand for our Summer Program we will be giving priority registration to Holy Family parishioners from March 3-31. During that time non-parishioner families will need to register their children for a spot on the waitlist. After March 31 non-parishioner families may register as usual. You will receive a confirmation email by April 9 to update you on the status of your spot.
  • PARENT & EMERGENCY INFORMATION

    Communication about program will come via email. Email may also be shared with your child(s) catechist for more detailed updates.
  • CHILD INFORMATION

    Children in 2nd grade and up that have not received First Reconciliation and First Communion will be automatically enrolled in the Sacramental Program. You will receive additional information in July. If you need to register more than 5 children please reach out to Trisha at trishaz@hffdl.org so your registration may be edited.

  • *REMEMBER: All medical supplies are kept in the office lock box unless you tell us otherwise. For example: EpiPen, Benadryl, Ibuprofen, etc. If you instruct us to administer medication as an emergency plan and you do not provide us with the medication, we will ask you to bring it or we will send your child home.

    Be sure to select the grade entering in FALL 2026.

    If the session you want is full select a spot on the waitlist and also sign up for the opposite session in case we are unable to accommadate your waitlist spot. (Example: If you want to register for the AM session but it is full register for the AM waitlist and then also register for the PM session.) 

    Signing up on the waitlist does not guarantee you a spot in the class. Openings in any class will be given in order of registration on May 6, 2026. 

    Grades may be split into multiple classes and I cannot guarentee friends or family to be in class together. 

    Non-parishioner families will need to register their children for a spot on the waitlist through March 31 to allow for Holy Family parishioner priority registration. Afer March 31 please register as usual.

  • SAFEGUARDING INFORMATION

    In the pastoral effort to respond to the need for the protection of children and youth, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee requires that all children and youth in grades K4-12 in schools and faith formation programs be given additional information on how to protect themselves and become aware of their surroundings. As the primary caregiver of your child, it is your decision whether you would like your child to participate in this lesson, but the Parish is required to offer this information. This will be a 20 minutes lesson on Tuesday during the 2nd week. This lesson is available for you to view on the Holy Famiy website at www.hffdl.org/em.
  • Absence Policy:

    Each child should attend all 10 days of this 2 week program. Please clear your schedule & plan your weekends to accommodate Formation hours. Any unexpected absence (even sickness) will need to be made-up in order for us to adhere to the 30 Formation Hours per year each child is expected to have.

    Peanut Free Environment:

    Students are allowed to bring a snack for snack time. Please do not send anything with peanuts, peanut butter or food containing these items. Please check labels to make sure nothing contains or may contain these items as we have students with severe peanut allergies. Thank you. 

    Photo Permission:

    Holy Family Parish may take photos or videos of students for use in displays, parish bulletin or website, or other publicity-related publications. These materials will only be used for appropriate purposes and names will not be listed. It will be assumed that you give permission for your child to be photographed or videotaped unless you provide a statement via e-mail to Trisha Zimmerman at trishaz@hffdl.org. She will reply back to verify that your wishes are understood. If you do not receive a response back within 24 hours, she did not receive your e-mail so please try again.

    *Payment is expected at the time of registration unless you have contacted Sabina Carter for a payment plan option.

    $150/child (Cap of $330)


    Standard Pricing: payment made after June 6
    Parishioner:
    $150/child (Cap of $330)
    Non-Parishioner:
    $175/child (Cap of $380)


    FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE/PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS
    Available to parishioners only - members who have registered at Holy Family and attend one of the 6 sites for a minumim of 6 months.


    A separate form will need to be filled out to request financial assistance or a payment plan. In order to request this form please contact Sabina Carter at scarter@hffdl.org.

    For your convenience, after you submit your registration form, we will redirect you to our parish payment website: WeShare. 

    If you are applying for financial aid or do not wish to pay right away, you can simply close out of WeShare. You can find the link to WeShare on the Christian Formation page of the Holy Family website when you are ready to pay.

    Please remember that those interested in the Early Bird Pricing

    must submit their payment NO LATER THAN JUNE 6.

    Your spot may be given away unless payment is received or a payment plan is discussed with director, Sabina Carter.
