In this online form, you will 1) select your preferred space size and term NOTE images in this document are examples only 2) review and electronically sign lease terms and conditions 3) select deposit amount equal to monthly space fee and pay deposit.

12 month $50 month + 10% commission
9 month $75 month + 11% commission
6 month $100 month + 12% commission
Medium Space - 6+ SF - 18 SF
12 month $140/month + 10% commission
9 month $190/month + 11% commission
6 month $240/month + 12% commission
Large Space - 18+ SF - 28 SF
12 month $225/month +10% commission
9 month $300/month + 11% commission
6 month $375/month +12% commission
XLarge Space - 28+ SF - 36 SF
12 month $350/month + 10% commission
9 month $450/month + 11% commission
