Please choose the size of space you would prefer to exhibit in for the Craft Lake City Night Market at LetterWest, if you are accepted. The dimensions indicate the floor space for your products and display, and items must remain within this area. While walls are not provided, all exhibitors are REQUIRED to bring a "back wall" (up to 10 feet wide and 10 feet tall) to create a small store feel. This can be made from fabric, wood or other materials. Side walls are optional but encouraged. Tables and chairs are not included but can be rented in advance. Please ensure all items are set up securely, as Craft Lake City is not responsible for any damaged merchandise or belongings due to poorly secured displays or otherwise.  While we strive to accommodate space requests, please note that requesting a specific space does not guarantee availability. Failure to do so may result in the artisan being required to forfeit their spot to another exhibitor and risk future participation with Craft Lake City events. Craft Lake City makes no representation, guarantee or promise to the participant that the Market will be financially successful or return to the exhibitor the cost of participation or application. Participant agrees to hold harmless Craft Lake City and the Craft Lake City Market, Eighteen Percent Gray, Midvale City, the Venue, Craft Lake City Market sponsors, partner organizations, coordinators, volunteers, contractors or employees, for any damage, loss, or theft - online or otherwise - to work, ideas, displays or other personal property, or injury to their person or character, regardless of cause resulting from their participation in this event.
