Upload a clear photo of the back of your Flight Club member card showing all four completed taproom stickers AND card number.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:
- Must clearly show all four stickers
- Must clearly show your card number
- Lost cards cannot be honored
- Incomplete cards will not qualify
- Card must be YOURS

IMPORTANT:
Your Flight Club card number is directly tied to your membership. Submitting a card that does not belong to you will result in disqualification. All submissions will be verified.

PICKUP:
Like your membership items at the beginning of the year, we will notify you via email once your prizes are in and ready for pickup. Pickup location will be the same location you chose upon registration. Prizes will be available for pickup in early February. Prizes will be made to order based on how many people completed the passport.
