Bill's Freight Solutions provides dispatch services across 9 divisions with tiered commission rates:STANDARD FREIGHT:• Sprinter/Cargo Van: 7% of gross revenue• Box Truck: 8% of gross revenue• Reefer (Refrigerated): 10% of gross revenuePREMIUM FREIGHT:• Hotshot Freight: 12% of gross revenue• Flatbed/Step Deck: 12% of gross revenueTOWING SERVICES:• Light Duty Towing: 15% of gross revenue• Heavy Duty Towing: 18% of gross revenue• Flatbed Tow Truck: 15% of gross revenue• Abandoned Vehicle Recovery: 15% of gross revenueSPECIALIZED HAULING:• Car Fleet Hauling: 18% of gross revenue• Container/Maritime Logistics: 18% of gross revenueMOBILE SERVICES:• Roadside Assistance: 12% of gross revenue• Mobile Mechanic: 15% of gross revenue• Locksmith Services: 12% of gross revenue• Moving Services: 10% of gross revenueI agree to pay Bill's Freight Solutions the applicable commission rate based on my service type for each job/load booked and successfully completed.
NON-SOLICITATION: The Carrier agrees for 12 months following termination not to solicit or accept loads from any broker/shipper introduced by Bill's Freight Solutions.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Breach of this clause requires payment of 25% of the gross revenue generated from those loads.
