Who Is Eligible for 2027 Military 50% Discount
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Active-duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces, or
- Retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces
Branches including Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force.
We appreciate all who serve. Individuals with military affiliation who do not meet the above eligibility criteria, including veterans who did not retire, Reserve members, and National Guard members, may still receive our standard 10% military discount offered annually. Verification & Eligibility Requirements
To maintain the integrity of the program and ensure entries go to those who qualify, applicants may be required to provide one or more of the following:
- Branch of service and service status (active-duty or retired)
- Dates of service
- Military email address (if applicable)
- Upload of documentation such as:
- Military ID (with sensitive information covered)
- DD-214 (redacted as needed)
- Official retirement documentation
Additional guidelines:
- Information submitted must match the applicant’s race registration details.
- Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the program and cancellation of registration without refund.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- A maximum of 500 entries will be awarded through this program.
Terms & Limitations
- Valid for the Full Marathon, Half Marathon, or 5K.
- Not combinable with other discounts or promotional rates.
- Taxes, fees, and extras not included.
- Discount codes are limited and available while supplies last.
Application Timeline
- Applications open: February 15, 2026
- First round of acceptances sent: March 30, 2026
- Rolling acceptances: Weekly until capacity is reached
- Acceptance decisions are processed every Thursday, excluding holidays.
Pricing & Restrictions
Military Appreciation entries are not combinable with other discounts or promotional rates.
Taxes, processing fees, and optional add-ons are not included and will be applied at checkout.
