    Your company will be evaluated based on the below criteria.

    1. Business Transformation 

    To demonstrate the company's achievements and efforts in successfully transforming their services, operations, functions, procurement and policies.

     

    		  50%

    2. Workforce Transformation

    To demonstrate how the company has successfully improved its HR practices and workforce through the following initiatives:

    a)  Initiatives that better attract fresh graduates into the industry

    b)  Initiatives that better develop employees for career and salary progression

    c)  Initiatives that improve jobs or create more positive working environment

    d)  Other initiatives to better attract/develop/retain local talent and skilled workers.

    Large Firms

    (i) Developers/ contractors/ solution providers with global revenue* at a group level ≥ S$1B

    (ii) Consultants with global revenue* at a group level ≥ S$500M,

    Small/Mid Firms

    (i) Developers/ contractors/ solution providers with global revenue* at a group level < S$1B

    (ii) Consultants with global revenue* at a group level < S$500M
