You MUST complete this form at least 48 hours before your lesson!
This form is for students and parents that will miss a lesson in the future.
- You must submit this form with at least 48 hours of notice before the time of the missed lesson. Forms submitted after the lesson has occured will not be able to be submitted.
- You must only lodge one form at a time. If we already have a form for you in our system, this form will not save.
- Your makeup lesson may be with a different teacher however it will always be with a specialist education provider.
- Makeup spots are offered on a first come, first served basis.
- When a makeup spot is offered, it may be last minute.
- If a spot is offered, that offer will expire fifteen minutes after the offer has occured - allowing us the flexibility of offering it out to someone else in the event we don't hear from you, rather than waiting around for a reply. If this does happen, you will be offered a session again as and when one becomes available.
- If a spot is offered out but is declined and/or not responded to three times, this form will expire.
- This form is available between 27th January 2026 and 21st November 2026. Dates that fall outside of these windows are not eligible for a makeup lesson.
- This form is NOT available for lessons missed on the following dates :
  - 7th-10th March
  - 3rd-6th April
  - 6th-9th June
  - 22nd November through to 12th December.
