Mission Telecom is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to join the organization during a period of operational transition, systems build-out, and organizational maturation. This role is intentionally designed to be hands-on in the near term, with responsibility for financial, administrative, and operational execution alongside leadership and governance oversight.
The CFAO will play a critical role in stabilizing and strengthening Mission Telecom’s financial infrastructure, supporting compliance across a complex organizational structure, and building systems and processes that enable sustainable growth. As the organization evolves, the scope of the role is expected to change; however, early success in this position depends on comfort operating directly in the details while maintaining sound judgment and leadership perspective.
Compensation for this role is in the range of $175,000–$190,000 annually, commensurate with experience and scope. Mission Telecom offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, and paid time off.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, open to candidates based in the United States. Mission Telecom operates as a remote-first organization; limited travel may be required for key meetings, board engagement, or organizational events.
