1. I confirm that I will be able to provide the following documentation: Food Hygiene Training Certificate for all staff in stalls selling food. PAT certificates for all electrically operated equipment. Risk Assessment and Method Statement Adverse. Weather Plan Public. Liability Insurance Certificate for 5 million pounds. 2. Please confirm you have read the following: Ground Excavating: Exhibitors are advised that there are underground services on the Showground, such as water mains, drains, electric cables, telephone cables etc. Exhibitors must carefully consider safer alternatives to excavating for flagpoles, signs, etc when planning their trade stand. If penetrating the ground, you MUST notify us.
