Zoo Lights Ticket Transfer / Refund Request Form

Zoo Lights tickets will only be refunded in the event of a cancellation. We are currently accepting transfer / refund requests for the cancellation on Thursday, December 18, 2025. Please note:
- transfers to a new date/time are subject to availability
- refunds must be issued in the form of payment used for the original purchase
- complimentary tickets received through promotions are not eligible for refund or tranfer to another date
- the deadline for requesting a transfer or refund is Monday, December 22, 2025
