1.) Will assume responsibility for any medical insurance needed to cover our child/children in the event of accident or injury while attending Wisdom Academy. I will not hold Wisdom Academy nor any of their representatives liable for any injury or accident that occurs while attending Pearls of Wisdom Academy.

2.) Understand that I (we) are the primary party responsible for our child's education and that Wisdom Academy is a complimentary school. I also understand and agree to comply with all homeschooling laws and statues present in the state of Missouri.

3.) Give Wisdom Academy express permission to use my child's image in social media posts, school emails, and any other school related activity deemed appropriate by representatives of Wisdom Academy. If I (we) as the parent(s) have an issue with this at any point, I (we) will express those concern(s) in writing as to how and when my child's likeness may not be used.

2-Day Hybrid Schedule (School meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays)
New Registrations

Registration Fee: $200.00

Tuition: $2,700.00

Total Cost: $2900.00

Sibling Discounts

2nd Child Discount = $150.00

Additional Child Discount = $200.00 off each additional child

Referring a new family = $50.00 off (once they register)

Understand and agree that all money paid to Wisdom Academy or any tutor is non-refundable. If I (we) as the parent(s) need to drop out of the program, we understand that we need to finish paying all fees that we owe for the school year.

Accepted Forms of Payment
*Payments for registration & tuition can be made through Check, Cash, Money Order, or Venmo. Please see below for specific instructions for each payment method.*
Parents who wish to pay by Check, Cash, or Money Order can reach out through email (info@wisdomsgf.org) to coordinate a time to collect payment.

If you wish to send payment through the mail. Then please make your check or money order out to Wisdom Academy and mail it to: 2980 W. Highpoint St. Springfield, MO 65810.
Parents who wish to pay through Venmo can do so by sending payment to @wisdomacademy. *When utilzing a bank account or debit card there are no transaction fees. If sending payment with a linked credit card then please include your payment + 3% to cover the fees*
