Pavilion and Event Space rental reservations are not complete until payment has been received in the Borough Office. Payments can be made via cash or check in the Borough Office located at 36 West Allen Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
All applicants, groups, and organizations must follow all instructions enumerated by the Borough of Mechanicsburg representatives regarding use of facilities.
Parking is restricted to posted parking lots. Parking is prohibited in grassy areas and other marked areas.
Occupany limites are as applicable per Pavilion and Event Space.
Groups must not possess or consume alcoholic beverages while utilizing Borough of Mechanicsburg Facilities. If you wish to have alcohol at your event, please fill out and submit a Special Event Permit: https://form.jotform.com/260483790265059
Groups must leave premises in a clean and tidy condition including disposing of all trash and recycling in the proper receptacles. Any groups in violation may be subject to fines and fees related to the cleanup. Invoices will be sent to the applicant at the address provided.
If you plan to have any type of sound system, please indicate on the application.
Cancellations due to inclement weather are not refundable. Refunds are only made in cancellations are received no less than 7 days in advance of the reservation.
The Borough of Mechanicsburg reserves the right to reject or revoke any application or amend these rules at any time.
