Souper Supper Soup Maker Sign-Up

Time: 6 - 8 p.m. (SOUPMAKERS ARRIVE BY 5 P.M.)

Soup Maker Information:

Please arrive at the Heit Center between 4:45 – 5:15 p.m. Arrive ready to serve your soup and answer any questions about it. You cannot drop off your soup and go. Completely fill a 2 LARGE crockpots (7 – 10 quarts each) with your soup. Soup makers need to provide their own crockpot, ladle and any toppings.

Your soup must be in a crockpot. Single burners, hotplates, etc. will not be permitted for safety reasons. Bring your soup HOT – it will not heat up in time for the event if it is not already heated.

IMPORTANT! Please check ingredients so we can list any potential allergens.

We provide power strips, extension cords, tasting bowls, spoons and all of the rest. We also provide bread, dessert and drinks.

This is not only a fundraiser, but a cooking competition! Diners will vote for their favorite soup and we will award a trophy to first, second and third place. Bring your friends and neighbors to vote for you!
