Working Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in a Flying D Australian Cattle Dog.
Priority is given to homes where dogs will be working stock daily. Please answer each question thoughtfully so we can get to know you and ensure the right fit for both you and one of our puppies.

All puppies are sold on a sterilization contract for 6 months of age. You may choose to preserve the hormones if you wish.
Your puppy comes with AKC pre-paid registration, pre-paid microchip, 1st vet exam, BAER testing, 1st vaccines, de-worming, heartworm prevanative started & more.
