    VENDOR FEE + INCLUSIONS

    • Table Rate: $100

    • Includes
      • 1 qty 6-foot table + 1 qty chair + 1 dinner
      • We will confirm your dinner selection once vendor status is confirmed.
        • Dinner includes steak, salmon, chicken, and vegetarian options. (After Dec 21st, dinner options will be limited.)

    • Payment Required
      • A reservation fee is required to hold your table. All vendor fees are non-refundable.

    • Payment Method 
      • Online payment portal.
      • A payment link will be sent to the email address provided on the sign-up form.

     

    RAFFLE + TABLE CENTERPIECES

    • Vendors are welcome to contribute to the raffle items or table centerpieces, which will be set up on FRI 1/9/2026. 

     

    SETUP + CLEANUP TIMES

    • Setup
      • FRI, JAN 9, 2026, between 10 AM and 6 PM (lunch provided)
      • SAT, JAN 10 2026, between 1 PM and 2:45 PM
    • Event Day (SAT, JAN 10, 2026)
      • 1-3 PM SETUP + QC (Vendors set up by 2:45 pm)
      • 3-4 PM INGATHERING + MARKETPLACE (Doors Open)
      • 4-6 PM CEREMONY + DINNER
      • 6-7 PM POST-SHOW + MARKETPLACE
      • 7-9 PM CLEANUP 
    • Cleanup
      • SAT, JAN 10, 2026
      • 7 PM – 9 PM

     

    VENDOR AGREEMENT
    By signing below, I agree to:

    • Arrive and set up on FRI 1/9/2026 between 10am and 6pm or on SAT 1/10/2026 between 1 PM and 2:45 PM.
    • Remain open until 7 PM on FRI 1/10/2026.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional display.
    • Follow all venue and event policies.
    • Understand that payment is required to hold a table and fees are non-refundable.
    • Provide business license and liability coverage if requested.
