You'll see that some weeks are 4-day weeks and others are 5-day weeks. If you are registering for multiple weeks/sections of the same course, you will need to complete separate registrations for each week, as the form won't allow purchasing different weeks of the same course at one time.

Important Notes for Families:

Limited counseling services that differ from those provided during the school year will be available during summer enrichment programs.
Parents/guardians may be required to collect students in some circumstances. The school will attempt to minimize these requests.
Due to commitments to tutors and providers and in some cases equipment costs, we regret that there will be no refunds for missed classes and/or withdrawals from course(s) and cannot accommodate switching courses once a student is registered and payment is made.
Bridges Summer Program offerings are delivered by both faculty and external providers. Where a program offered by external providers does not have enough students to run, families will be advised no later than 14 days before the start date. Refund policies are determined by the external providers, but Bridges will aim to support families to transfer to another program so that families have a place for their child/ren.
Where a program is run internally by faculty, families will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the start date and Bridges will aim to support families to transfer to another program so that families have a place for their children.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate in-class 1:1 supports at this time.

FOR NEW-TO-BRIDGES STUDENTS TAKING ON-CAMPUS COURSES:

If your child is new to Bridges, we require that you fill out our summer school forms (emergency, transportation, etc). These must be filled out and returned to Bridges prior to starting camp. If your child will need prescription medication dispensed during camp, we will require an additional form signed by your child's doctor. We will email you these forms after you have registered. Currently enrolled students need not fill out these forms.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that any cancellations after Feb. 15 will be refunded at 50 percent, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations occuring after April 1.

PARENTS:

Please note that while our summer program is designed primarily for gifted and twice-exceptional learners, we do not necessarily offer all of the same features that are available during the regular school year. Faculty and staff are always on campus, but we do not have counseling support available at the school every day. Classroom sizes and age/grade mixes also can vary from what is typical during the academic year.
