CANCELLATION POLICY
Prior to the convention, registration may be canceled upon written request only.
Cancellations must be received in writing by January 9th to be fully refunded.
A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations received between January 10, 2026 and February 7th, 2026.
Refunds will NOT be granted after February 7th, 2026.
Please note that these dates are RECEIVED-BY dates and NOT POSTMARK dates.
"No-shows" are responsible for full payment of the convention registration fees.
