2026 Phoebus Events Craft Vendor Application

Complete this collective form instead of applying for each individual event. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.  

Collective applications submitted within two months of next event will hear back as soon as possible.

Due to the advanced process, details are subject to change. All applicants & accepted vendors will be notified in a timely manner if any information has changed.

Vendors can update collective application if availiability changes. Craft vendors must notify Phoebus Events of cancellation at least 4 weeks prior to event.

*All events are family-oriented, free, and open to the public.

*All events contain food vendors and small businesses. 

*All events have both alcohol sales & live music except for the Car Show & Holiday Illumination & Market (no vendors at these events in 2026).

*All events are outdoor street events located on Mellen Street, Hampton, VA 23663. 

CRAFT VENDOR INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS

- Accepted vendors will receive an email link with online payment directions.

- Craft Vendor Fees: 10'x10' space - $100; 10'x20' space - $150

- Vendor fees must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to event.

- Booth sharing is not permitted.

- Each vendor is responsible for their own materials (table, chairs, tents, electricity, and water are NOT provided).

- Representatives, agents, resellers, dealers, or brokers are not permitted to participate as craft vendors (example: Scentsy, LuLaroe, etc.)

- All local laws must be followed.

- All applications are subject to a jury process. Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation. 

- No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled due to inclement or hazardous weather.
