The undersigned owner does hereby authorize Keele Sanitation to access my property located at the address below for the purpose of performing onsite water treatment inspection by certified NAWT technicians.

I agree that any inspection does not create a warranty but rather reflects the system condition as of the inspection date only. I also acknowledge that ground water table shift with seasonal changes and testing results may vary depending on the time of year.

 

Owner agrees to pay and discharge and save and protect Keele Sanitation, their
employees, and affiliates, free and harmless from all claims, and demands against or arising out of or in connection with the inspection including reasonable attorney’s fees.

 

I agree that the laws of the State of Wyoming shall apply to this release.

 

By signing this General Release of Claims and Liability Waiver, I acknowledge that if my property is damaged, before, during or after the inspection, I will be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Keele Sanitation on the basis that I have released Keele Sanitation from liability and all claims.
