  • Interpretation & Recommendations
42-50: Strategically Aligned — Stay and Build
You are well-aligned with your firm’s leadership, direction, and platform. A move would likely be incremental rather than transformational. Focus on deepening your influence, scaling your practice, or mentoring successors.
    Recommendation: Stay put; optimize internally.

35-41: Mild to Moderate Friction — Monitor Closely
You see real strengths but also meaningful constraints. These may be resolvable, but only if leadership is receptive and willing to act.
Recommendation: Have candid internal conversations. Quietly benchmark alternatives to establish leverage and clarity.

28-34: Structural Misalignment — Explore Options
This score suggests systemic issues rather than temporary dissatisfaction. Your practice may no longer be strategically prioritized, or the firm’s trajectory may not support your long-term goals.
Recommendation: Begin confidential discussions with a trusted advisor or recruiter to understand market options and relative positioning.

Below 27: Strategic Risk — Actively Prepare to Move
You are likely expending energy compensating for institutional shortcomings. Staying may constrain your growth, profitability, and professional satisfaction.

Recommendations: Develop an exit strategy. Conduct discreet market diligence and prepare a lateral narrative before urgency forces the decision.
