The Rustic Red Barn Sale

This is an application for an OUTDOOR barn sale (limited inside space available) hosted at 11986 County Road 3250 St. James, MO 65401. This event will happen rain or shine.

All vendor applications will be reviewed and an invoice will be sent if selected. Review of the applications will begin starting March 2026.

Outdoor vendors are responsible for their own canopies MUST utilize a WHITE top canopy tent.

Food/drink vendors will be responsible for contacting the Phelps-Maries County Health Dept for specific regulations during this event. A generator will also need to be utilized to avoid the safety hazards of extension cords.

Setup will be available Friday evening as well as the morning of the event. Details on specific times will be sent closer to the event.

I understand that not all applicants are accepted and payment is due upon acceptance. I also understand that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I agree to not breakdown until 3 p.m. the day of the event. Early breakdowns will forfeit acceptance for future events at The Rustic Red.

I agree that The Rustic Red Barn Sale and volunteers are not responsible for any accidents, stolen property or damaged property during the event including set up or tear down.
