EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2005 STATE LAW MANDATES NEW HUD MANUFACTURED HOMES MUST BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED INSTALLER AND THE INSTALLER MUST ATTEND A CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE EVERY THREE YEARS.
