    March 11 - 14, 2026 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center

  • *All volunteers 18 years or older will need to sign a volunteer release waiver upon arrival.

    *All volunteers under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian sign the volunteer release waiver upon arrival.

    *If you or your guardian want to sign the waiver ahead of time, you will receive the waiver and volunteer information packet via email after submitting this form.  Once signed, please send the form to cwarmund@vbgov.com.

    *Each volunteer will receive a shirt and credential at check-in.

    *The Virginia Beach Sports Center is located at 1045 19th Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
