    Standard Services

    Biweekly visits range from $75-$80 per visit, depending on services and size of home.

    Concierge Service Overview

    Open Residence for Season - $50 Includes: Turning on water heater, adjusting AC, lighting, light dusting, floor drying, and optional grocery shopping.

    Close Residence for Season - $50 Includes: Turning off water heater, adjusting AC, garbage removal, cleaning/dishwashing, locking doors/windows, and activating security system.

    Pool Maintenance - from $125/month

    Grocery Shopping - $50 fee + cost of items

    Contractor Supervision - $35/hr (1-hour minimum)

    Meet with Repairman/Deliveries - $35/hr (1-hour minimum)

    Auto Maintenance - Pricing available upon request

    Hurricane Preparation - Shutter installation (1-level home): $200; Store patio/lawn items: $40/hr (1-hour minimum)

    General Provisions

    Client authorizes Paradise Home Service SWFL (PHSSWFL) to access the property and provide home watch services. Client must supply a key or access code.

    PHSSWFL operates on Eastern Time. Emails and written amendments are acceptable. Either party may terminate the contract with 30-day written notice. Services during the 30-day notice period remain payable.

    PHSSWFL is not responsible for entities granted access by the client (e.g., pool, lawn, HOA, etc or for any damage that occurred prior to or outside the inspection period.

  • Client Responsibilities

    Client agrees to provide PHSSWFL with a list of all current service providers (pool, lawn, cleaning,HVAC, etc.).The client must provide alarm system information and notify the HOA/gate/condo association that PHSSWFL will be entering the property. Water main shutoff locations and access codes must be discussed and confirmed. The client must also notify the gatehouse of PHSSWFL’s scheduled entry times.

    Terms of Service

    An inspection report is completed after each visit. If problems are found, the client will be notified.PHSSWFL is not responsible for arranging or performing repairs unless contracted separately. All information provided must be accurate. Keys and access information must be provided at contract signing. PHSSWFL is not liable for theft, fire, storm, or other damage.Special trips outside the agreed schedule are billed at $40/hr (7 AM–9 PM) and $65/hr (9 PM–7 AM),including travel time.
