Celebrating its 9th year, Junk Junktion is downtown Moberly’s premier vintage market, featuring a curated selection of vintage, antique, handmade, repurposed, and specialty treasures. Join us for a weekend full of one-of-a-kind finds and vintage charm!

Event Details

Dates: Saturday, September 12 – Sunday, September 13
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendor Setup: Begins at 5:00 AM on September 12

Event Overview & Key Requirements

Booths must remain within assigned spaces; sidewalks must remain clear for emergency access.
Vendors must provide all equipment, including tents and displays.
Vendors are responsible for their own trash and proper disposal.
Electricity is not provided. Quiet generators (60 decibels or less) only.
Event is held outdoors on Reed Street and will take place rain or shine. Tents are recommended.
Setup times and block assignments will be provided by September 1, 2026.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to unload at their booth.
One vehicle (car, truck, or trailer) is allowed per booth space and must fit within 12 feet. Larger vehicles require the purchase of additional booth space.

Vendor Eligibility & Application Process

Direct sales vendors are not permitted.
All applications are reviewed upon submission. Any unapproved vendor or product may be removed.
Applications must include 2–3 product photos to be considered.
Product duplication is limited.
Please allow up to two weeks for application review. Vendors will be notified by email.
Do not submit payment until your application has been approved.
No refunds will be issued after approval, including vendor cancellations.

Taxes & Compliance

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Missouri sales tax.
Vendors must comply with all City of Moberly and Randolph County licensing requirements.

Payment Instructions

Payment is due within 60 days of application approval. Please do not submit payment until your application has been approved.

Accepted forms of payment: Credit card (via QuickBooks invoice) or check.

Important: We will never request payment via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.

General Release

The undersigned releases, waives, and holds harmless the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce, the Junk Junktion Committee, the City of Moberly, property owners, associations, and all co-sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from injury to person or property in connection with participation in the Festival.
The undersigned agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations. There are no rain dates, and no refunds will be issued for event cancellation due to weather or acts of God.
The Junk Junktion Committee reserves the right to remove or disqualify any vendor for noncompliance or disruptive conduct and retains final authority in the interpretation and enforcement of all rules.
If this application is denied, all fees will be returned. If accepted, the undersigned grants permission for the use of submitted materials and any photographs or video taken during the Festival for promotional purposes without compensation.
