The forum proudly honors Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee, the first African American woman to serve as Dean of a United States medical school at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. A global voice for impact and a historic force for medicine, her groundbreaking career transformed medical education and advanced equity and excellence in healthcare worldwide.
The conversation will be thoughtfully moderated by Dr. Pamela Oliver, Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Novant Health, who will guide an engaging dialogue on leadership in medicine, professional expertise, and the power of using one voice to create lasting impact.
