This is the Upload Facility for the Submarine Science Engineering and Technology Conference 2026 (SubSTEC8) to be held in Adelaide, SA 21-23 September 2026.

Please use this form to upload your presentation abstract. Once your proposed paper is accepted for presentation we will ask you to also upload your biography, image, PowerPoint file, Proceedings Paper and any other files.

Images (passport style, high resolution) should be uploaded as separate files, not embedded in a Word file since image quality becomes significantly reduced and unsuitable for publication. 

 PowerPoint presentations should be in 16:9 format to facilitate display on a wide screen.

Proceedings papers MUST be formatted using the template available from the SIA website.

Final Papers for publication in the Conference Proceedings MUST be submitted no later than 7 August 2026

If you need to update or replace previously uploaded files, please note that fact in the Remarks field.
