Perennial Hill, LLC Terms & Policies:
All Orders must be picked up at a meetup at Jim's Market in Banks, Oregon (offered Saturdays 8a - 6p) or delivered for a fee.
Day-Old Chick Orders have a 6 chick minimum and must be finalized at least 35 days prior to the requested pick-up/delivery date.
To start an order, choose a meetup/delivery date from the available dates listed on our website, then submit this Order Request Form. Your order is not finalized or dates guaranteed until we confirm and your invoice is timely paid. We will follow up (usually within 24 hrs) with any questions/delivery quote and a digital invoice via Square to be paid online (Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Bank/ACH accepted).
Your invoice must be paid within 48 hrs of receipt to reserve a pick-up date / finalize your order. Orders are not finalized until an invoice is timely paid.
We incubate extra eggs for every order and aim to provide extra chicks, however, sometimes nature has other ideas. If enough chicks do not hatch to meet your order, we will give you the opportunity to choose substitutions, reschedule your hatch, receive a refund for the missing part of the order, or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
In the event unforeseen circumstances occur and we are forced to cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.
Please be certain of your order before submitting this Order Request Form. Started Pullet Orders are nonrefundable. Hatching Egg orders may be cancelled and refunded less a 10% admin fee. For Day-Old Chick Orders: you may cancel your order 60 days or more prior to your meetup/delivery date for a full refund less a $20.00 admin fee. You may cancel your order 7-60 days prior to your pickup date for a 50% refund of the cost of the poultry. If you choose to cancel your order within 6 days of your pickup date, or you fail to pickup your chicks, you will forfeit 100% of the cost of your order.
Our goal is to provide you with happy healthy chicks or pullets that match your order with no surprise substitutions. You acknowledge that buying live poultry has inherent risk, and successfully raising chicks or pullets to adulthood is a buyer's risk. For Hatching Eggs most of the variables for a successful hatch are in your control; we do not guarantee hatching or fertilization rates. For started pullets or laying hens, you understand that appropriate quarantine procedures should be followed by you based on your specific property and existing chickens.
Sometimes things go wrong without a determinable reason even when appropriate care is provided. Under no circumstances shall our liability, on claims of any kind, exceed the total price paid for poultry or hatching eggs.
